KimXT Signs Contract with South Valley Egyptian Petroleum Holding Company to Develop and Upgrade HRC System

On October 1, 2022, KimXT signed a contract with South Valley Egyptian Petroleum Holding Company to develop and upgrade the HRC system, a specialized solution designed to support and streamline a wide range of employee administrative processes. The agreement marked an important step in KimXT’s continued efforts to deliver technology solutions tailored to the operational requirements of organizations in the petroleum sector.

The HRC system was designed to manage and automate essential employee-related processes, including vacations and leave requests, official assignments and missions, permissions, and other administrative transactions. The system also supported the execution and follow-up of the document-based workflows required by the company, helping reduce manual procedures, improve operational efficiency, and ensure better control over administrative processes.

South Valley Egyptian Petroleum Holding Company plays a significant role in Egypt’s petroleum sector, overseeing and supporting petroleum activities across a wide geographical area extending from Fayoum to the southern regions of Egypt.
With a workforce of approximately 2,200 employees, the company manages a diverse range of operations and administrative activities, requiring efficient and reliable digital systems to support its business processes and workforce management.

Through this project, KimXT focused on developing a flexible and reliable platform capable of adapting to the company’s business procedures and internal policies. The solution provided a structured digital environment for managing employee transactions while improving process visibility, standardization, and the overall quality of administrative operations.
