Kim XT signs HRC system implementation contract with global drilling equipment manufacturer IDM

As part of KimXT commitment to supporting organizations and companies in developing their digital systems and enhancing the efficiency of their human resources management, a cooperation agreement was signed on September 3, 2023, between KimXT and the global drilling equipment manufacturer IDM, to implement and apply the HRC payroll and personnel management system.

This collaboration aligns with the trend among Egyptian companies to leverage specialized digital solutions in human resources management, contributing to workflow development, increased efficiency in administrative processes, and improved accuracy and speed in processing employee and payroll data.
This agreement represents a new step for KimXT in providing specialized human capital management solutions through systems designed to meet the diverse operational and administrative needs of organizations and companies.

The International Drilling Equipment Manufacturing Company (IDM) is one of the companies operating in the Egyptian petroleum sector. It was established as an Egyptian joint-stock company in accordance with the provisions of Investment Guarantees and Incentives Law No. 8 of 1997.

The system aims to provide a digital work environment that helps relevant departments access necessary data and information more easily and accurately. It also supports payroll processing and reduces reliance on manual procedures, thereby contributing to increased operational efficiency and improved work quality.

Furthermore, implementing the system represents a significant step towards enhancing the adoption of digital solutions in managing internal operations, aligning with the trends of digital transformation and the development of the corporate work environment.
